We started off the month
with the disFUnctional office/family holiday party at RiRa.
It was a wild time, Kent Klaus was there along with all the FU
Elves.
It was a festive occasion with the Chalice all dressed up and ready to go. Our Yankee Swap was also a huge success, except no one seemed very interested in Chris' yule log...

Next up, we played Big Night DC.
This was a crazy sold out affair with 5600 people in attendance! It was just like ShamrockFest, except it was held inside and everyone was dressed up, including Five Formal FUs and our FU Army Crue.

***2009 Hype***Our first gig of 2009 is Sat. Jan. 10 at RiRa. We will be celebrating Miller Lite's great decision to sponsor the FU Chalice! Woo hoo!
We will team with the Miller Lite Girls and there will be the usual pomp and circumstance followed by tomfoolery.
Just six days after RiRa,
we head West on 66 to Ned
Devine's in Herndon on Friday Jan. 16! Ned's is one of the best rock venus in the area. We hope to see you there!
